Judd Zebersky is the Founder and CEO of Jazwares. In 1997, he left his legal practice to pursue his dream of building a consumer products company. Over 25 years, he grew Jazwares into a multi-billion dollar global powerhouse — home to some of the most recognizable brands in the industry: Squishmallows, Pokémon, Fortnite, and Peppa Pig.
Under Judd's leadership, Jazwares expanded into 100+ countries, built a world-class licensing and brand development engine, and developed deep partnerships with the world's largest retailers. In 2022, Berkshire Hathaway acquired Jazwares. Warren Buffett called Judd and Laura "ideal Berkshire managers."
Judd founded Lezah Capital to do for other founders what he wished someone had done for him: provide patient, strategic capital from a partner who truly understands the work of building a company.
Laura Zebersky was named President of Jazwares in January 2021. Following a successful 13-year career as a trial attorney, Laura joined Jazwares in 2005. Beginning in licensing, her ability to create meaningful consumer experiences led to her role as Chief Commercial Officer, where she drove global partnerships, retail expansion, and exponential sales growth.
As President, Laura created, communicated, and implemented the overall direction of the organization — overseeing its transformation into a powerhouse spanning 100+ countries, thousands of retail doors, and a team built to last. In 2022, Berkshire Hathaway acquired Jazwares.
